Giving it a try this Saturday. Tied some Near Deere and COAF Griffith’s Gnats. Let’s see if it works at Beavers Bend State Park, Oklahoma!

What fly/flies did you catch the rainbows on? Is that yellow fly tied to represent a bunch of corn or just a bright blob to attract the fish? I look forward to the video.
Cheers,
Steve.

Hi Steve, used a Tandem Rig – Near Deere as the lead fishing fly and a Prince Nymph as the trailing fishing fly. Fish went for the Prince Nymph. The yellow fly simulates a floating blob of PowerBait Trout Dough Bait that the bait fishermen use in the area. Video is coming along… hope to post latert today/tonight. Thanks!
