  Made a run down the road to Bethany Lakes this evening. Really nice day with warmer temps compared to the past weekend. Could not let the day end without wetting a line. Rain today, so took a break from Trout fishing and went shopping at Cabelas with our Gift Cards. Picked up a 2-Wt Fiberglass Fly Rod and a 2/3 Weight Echo Ion Fly Reel! Made it to the local pond and fished Tenkara style with a Kiyotaki 18 Rod; caught little Sunfish and Bluegill as well as two Bass! Used a GRHEN, a Black Midge, and then a Guadalupana. Short on time; still busy at work. But, did take a break for a quick trip to the Feeder Creek at Bethany. Tried some aerial drone shots; still gotta work on the flying skills. Then, caught a few fish with the Kiyotaki 18 Rod. Fun stuff Micro Fishing with the light rod!    

Did more Micro Fishing yesterday afternoon. Enjoyed a round at the Davis Library Pond yesterday morning using the Kiyotaki 18 Rod; decided to go back out in the afternoon but this time went with a little three weigh fly rod/reel.
