Trust and transparency

Data & corrections policy

Where the stocking records come from, how we preserve them, and what happens when something needs correcting.

Sources and license

All stocking data is mirrored from official state wildlife agency publications—public government records published for public use.

Records are preserved verbatim. We do not rename or editorialize an agency’s record, and the official source is linked on every page. If our copy and the agency page disagree, the agency is right.

Honest gaps

We show what the agencies publish, nothing more. A missing water or stocking means the agency did not publish it—or we have a bug. It never proves that the water is unstocked. Scheduled plants are labelled and can change without notice.
